1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at radhatechsolution.com or any services provided by Radha Tech Solution, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Radha Tech Solution provides IT services including School Management ERP, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, SEO, cloud hosting, and IT consulting. Service-specific terms may apply and will be outlined in your project agreement or service contract.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of Radha Tech Solution and is protected by applicable Indian copyright laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and designs created for their projects, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our School ERP software remains the intellectual property of Radha Tech Solution; clients receive a license to use it.

4. Payment Terms

• Projects require a minimum 50% advance payment before work begins
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery
• ERP subscriptions are billed annually in advance
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

5. Refund Policy

For custom development projects:

• Advance payments are non-refundable once development work has commenced
• Refunds may be considered if work has not started within the agreed timeline

For ERP subscriptions: No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback during project development
• Ensure content provided for inclusion in websites or apps does not infringe third-party rights
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials for ERP and admin panels
• Report any security vulnerabilities discovered to us immediately

7. Limitation of Liability

Radha Tech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
